I too have a wonderful husband who is a fantastic daddy. But, I find it strange that I am ALWAYS on duty. If we are both in the house, I am in charge of TJ. If I say that I'm going to check the mail or take a shower, etc... watch the baby, he will. But, if I haven't specifically told him he is on duty for that 10 minutes or so, he is off in lala land. When he is tagged for TJ duty, they have a great time but as soon as I come back in the room, I'm "IT". I would just love for one morning my dear hubby to turn off the monitor, go get baby and let me sleep for an extra 30 minutes. But, I shouldn't complain. Three weeks ago I was at a spa in Mexico with my mom and sister. My husband secretly planned the vacation for me because he though some pampering would do me good and he took care of TJ and Tyler the entire time I was gone. So, I KNOW he is capable.
