I would like to hear from some Canadian aparents
My son is 19 and our story seems so different than the ones I read on this forum.
We adopted thru the CAS and had to wait 5 yrs for a healthy infant. In that time we had a private HS done but CAS looked the other way as you weren't 'spose to have two studies at the same time. When our son was 5mths old a doctor had a match for us. CAS would not have been happy if we had gone through with that placement. As it turned out I had a succesful pregnancy the following year. How long did you wait?
