I too wouldn't mind knowing what the rates are too and knowing what is fair. I am looking at a special needs babe there (praying) and wouldn't know what to think when they start talking subsidies and what figures would be fair to him.

look on www.homes4kids.org/aap50.htm they have a list of subsidies paid in each state. California offers the basic 400 plus 1000 to 3700 for special needs. The question I have is.....how do you know what amount is fair for your kid? I am sure 3700 is for the child with severe disabilities or terminal illness. How do they determine the amount?
