question re COBRA and Medicaid
My daughter has Medicaid. It has been 'secondary' while I was employed. Now I am laid off and filling out the COBRA paperwork. For each dependent there are True/False questions: "I am NOT eligible for other group health plan coverage." and "I am NOT eligible for Medicare.". Is Medicaid either one of those things (is it a group health plan or Medicare)?

I'm not sure. You may want to call your former (current) insurance company and ask them.
