How do you say it? (Everyone is Welcome)
Subsidies are sometimes issued under Title IV-E.
I've often wondered how people say it - because in our Licensing class, the teacher said it a way I wasn't expecting. So...users... How do you say it?

I just say adoption support. If I say Title IV-E nobody would know what I was talking about. But IF I had to call it by it's real name I would say Title Four- E
