And it was because of that one choice that I am where I am today, and I like it here.

I am a bmom of a beautiful baby girl Audrey Nicole, and I always say that she is my angel sent down from heaven to show me the way. Even though the pain is so great and It wasn't a choice I wanted to make.....I am always greatful she came whwn she did. I love her so much, she is my angel. Hold your angel close. You are a great writer. I love your poem!

I read your poem today, and it touched me more than any other poem i have read. I am a young mother myself who had given her daughter up for adotion. A little angel from heaven who means more to me than anything in this world. i have a a terrible childhood and losing her was by far the worst thing that has happened to me. I love her more than anything in this world. I truley believe that god made me make this desition because it has made me grow up more than anything else in this world. My only suggestion is to hold her little face in your mind, and never give it up, because she will find you when she is older.

Very Well Written
Your poem brought tears to my eyes, I loved It very much! I'm a 25 year old adoptee, who will never get the chance to meet my birth mother as she has passed away. I often wonder if my mother held me tight after my birth, and kissed me goodbye? I will always love my mother and know in my heart that she had no other choice, but to give me away. I look forward to meeting her on the other side some day. Could my mother be my little angel now....looking down on me, I will believe It in everyway!!
Thank you for your poem, it was very touching! |

Wonderful, wonderful poem! It gives all of us adoptees "HOPE" that our firstmothers all felt that way! Alas, I will never know, as mine has passed before meeting her. In her Bible cover that I was given, there was a peice of a pink binding from a babies blanket! Maybe? Mine?
I hope so! Once again, Thank You for the wonderful poem.

MEMORIES OF AN ANGEL (music)
Dear Jae,
You poem has moved me greatly. I first read a week or so ago and afterward was immediatley inspired. I myself was adopted from birth, I am also a musician (a 3rd year Vocal Performance Major in College) and I would love to be able to set your beautiful words to music. Please reply so I know whether or not I may do this. I don't want to infringe on any artistic territory. Thank you for your inspirartion.
