Standing alone,
Watching the dual sun set,
On a desert planet.

Questioning my long forgotten past,
Deleted by an adamantium bullet,
A project X that made me a wolverine.

A rocket ship escaping from a destroying planet.
An alien living among humans,
Seeking his Fortress of Solitude.

The jungles are deep and dense,
Soaring and swinging across the trees,
Lost to an element of civilization.

A martian child watching the stars,
Searching for the Great Valley,
Holding close to his home planet Krypton.

In dream space I'm flying,
Over Never never land,
Yearning to part the red seas.

To breach the divide,
And hear your music,
On Mount Olympus.

I am the mythic hero,
In all your fantasies,
Setting out on the perilous quest of self discovery.
