We cannot live in the past, for the past is gone;
But let us hold what we have for our bond is strong;
We don't know all there is to know about one another;
But let us know that in time each will share with the other;
As with friendships this takes time but let us remember;
That our love for each other can go so much futher;
So as we journey on together we can always know;
The time we spend together will only help us grow.
