Graduating in May - interested in adoption career.

I am graduating in May 2008 with my bachelor's in economics. I have strong skills in finance and quantitative analysis, but I also have business and non-profit experience. I am interested in law school, particularly adoption law, so I would love to work at an adoption agency to gain some experience.
