Follow up Specialist: Reaching Out has a part-time entry level position available for the hours of 3:00 –9:00 pm Mon-Thurs. The ideal candidate will be articulate and have good telephone and people skills. This person will assume the responsibility of following up on the information packages sent to prospective adoptive parents to help answer their initial questions and in helping them get started in the adoption process. An understanding of the basic steps involved in international adoption is helpful as well as a sense of compassion and patience. This is an ideal entry level position for a person who would like to learn the ropes of the various programs with possibility for advancement to country casework positions.

P/T Clerical Assistant: P/T (20 hours week) entry level position to serve as general office clerical support with a variety of responsibilities including: answering phones, putting together literature/information packages and sending them as requests are received, data entry, and serving as general support for the office staff. The ideal candidate will possess a spirit of cooperation and desire to learn with room for possible advancement.
