background checks ?
Should our agency handle all of the background checks that are necessary? My husband and I have lived in 3 different states in the last 5 years. The HS agency says we are responsible for getting the checks from the other states. The secretary said they didn't even know how we go about getting them--it was up to us.
Is this normal or should this be part of the thousands we are paying them for the homestudy? Thanks! AnnMarie
