H/S concern - substance abuse past

The homestudy was for international adoption & substance abuse history information is a requirement for the immigration natualization service. The homestudy was written for Russia. The couple changed to Romania & I rewrote it for Romania. Regardless of where you are planning to adopt, how the HS is written makes the difference. Speak onpenly with your SW about such things as problem recognition, responsibility for your actions, lessons learned, how you deal with issues differently now, coping mechanisms, etc. is the answer.
