homestudy question

We mailed our homestudy application but I was just wondering if the misdemeanor that my husband has from 2002 for disturbing the peace will hurt our homestudy or even USCIS approval? I know I have read that we worry too much about the homestudy but I worry about USCIS accepting the misdemeanor from 2002 as well.

Thanks in advance!

I have no idea, but I would say, it depends on the circumstances. And that if you have faith that this was a one-time event, and not a risk, something that's completely in the past... if the first agency/the state doesn't, try again with someone else.

I definitely know it was a one time thing and that it won't happen again. Thank you alys for posting. I'll just have to have faith that things will be fine.

I noticed that there was *super* advice for you in the other thread you posted. Great specifics from someone who obviously knows.
