On may way!!
Yippee! SWAF did accept us and we are mailing back contracts tomorrow so hopefully within 2 weeks I can REALLY start the HS part. Like I said, we have filled out all HS paperwork but I didn't mail it back to HS agency until accepted thru SWAF-I know there is some specific HS paperwork swaf will need so it will be a quicker add on then starting from scratch.
My appraisel went through for $45k (yes, $45,000) MORE than we hoped! So everyone is happy. (the appraiser bumbped it up again-apparently she left something out). My kitchen floor is gone! to the dirt. when you step down to where it was, the living room floor is at chest level! Pretty amazing but it will be done with new vinyl by tues night. Nothin like starting adoption to get your house projects done asap!
