Help with a loving definition of adoption for NAAM
I am making a series of tags/sigs/banners for National Adoption Awareness Month, and am looking for a great definition of adoption. The dictionary version is too cold. It can be a couple sentences long at the most. When I am finished, I can post my results here, if you like.

Adoption Definition
Adoption to me is:
" Accepting, raising, and most of all loving a child that someone else could not be it their fault or not" This is the short end... but thought it might help!
