Financing an adoption can be very challenging.
"Adoption Today" magazine in their most recent issue (December/January 2008, on page 32) published a list of adoption grants available from various sources, along with a story about a family able to adopt after getting a grant. I can't attest to the accuracy of the information in this article, nor am I affiliated with "Adoption Today." But the article seems relevant to this thread, perhaps helpful to those who posted here.
