Adoption Loans
Hello,
Does anyone know about adoption loans? My bank does not do adoption loans only signature loans with a 12% rate. Any insights would be appreciated!

The adoption loan interest rate is 8.9%, no prepayment penalty

We were looking into that right now-how much do they lend you? do you have to have a certain amount of money in their bank?
