Legal adoption fundraiser question- please help!
To do a fundraiser do you have to file paperwork for tax expemtion? I do not understand how this works? Please help!!! I was thinking of doing one of the candle fundraisers.

You only have to file for tax exemption if you're going to allow your contributors to deduct their donations as a tax exempt donation. At least this is what my friends were told when they did this. They also sold Joe Corbin pizzas/cookie dough.
