Christmas Blessing...
I found out yesterday on Christmas, that DH's work just started an adoption reimbursement program. Up to $5K per adoption.
That is JUST amazing to me! They started it during mid benefit year! I'm not sure how it will work with our plans for a special need adoption of waiting children as far as taxes or anything goes.. but this definately feels like a wonderful blessing!

Our company does that too, and it's an amount of $3,500post-adoption. We can fill out a one page, easy form and attach our finalization paperwork and they send you the check. We're very thankful that this is offered... It's not well known though so I encourage other families to ask their employers.
