If anyone has the info, don't pm me, just post it so everyone can see! I just read the whole 7 pages, how funny, it's a years' worth of people saying "pm me." So what's the answer? Is there any way if you are willing to accept a special needs child from any country? I have tried to adopt domestically to no avail. It's very difficult.

I don't think anyone is really PMing much on here.
I asked a while ago, and never got a response. The post seems to be mostly people looking for info, but not anyone really responding much anymore

Still on search! Most of the agencies I';ve found, they have fees that amount to under 15k but then so many other things here and there, the total is going to be quite a bit higher than the 15k.
