Credit checks, credit reports
Can anyone give me any info about agencies looking at your credit report. I have a good income and my own home, but some credit blemishes form 3 years ago, and DH has 3 late payments. Does this matter? Do they look at that? Any info you can give me is great!

Questions about credit reports have been asked often on the forum, most people have responded that MOST agencies do not even obtain them. They just want to know you're in OK shape now.
