final question
Okay. After reading a lot of posts, I'm more confused but I know how to ask the question better. Can the "credit" be disbursed as a refund? A lot of people on here said that it can't be a refund, only a credit. Has anyone actually received the adoption money as a refund?? That's the bottom line. Or can it only be a credit in which case we should try to owe money at the end of the year. Thanks again. Glenda
