Problems getting credit

How can I correct an error when I don't know what it is?! Has anyone had similar problems, or have any advice?

If you did, you may be able to expense the costs of the adoption instead and that will probably be a greater reduction in your overall taxes paid for that year - but again, you'll need to file an amended return.
