Qualifications of good agencies

This is a great question. There are many criteria, such as: What kind of track record do they have? Do they have any complaints or lawsuits? What do they charge? Do they provide good counseling before and after adoption (this is very important)? I invite you to go to the Adoptive Family boards and ask some of the families who have already been through the experience.
