domestic toddler adoption-agency rec?
Hi..I'm asking for a friend..are there any domestic agencies out there that specifically or are more geared towards placing toddlers/young children (age 2-5)?

I'm no expert on this, I'm sure others will chime in...
But from what I've read, this doesn't happen much. Most of the babies placed for adoption through agencies are infants. Seems like the best route to go to try to adopt a toddler is through foster care (CPS, DSS or whatever it's called in your friend's county).
