Homestudy questions...for 2
We are pending for China and recently also had our home study updated for China. We have started the process to adopt from Russia also. Both agencies are fine with it. MY QUESTION IS? Our homestudy only agency does not do Russian adoptions. Can they do our changes for a Russian adoption???

Since your homestudy agency is a licensed agency in your state, they would be legally permitted to do the homestudy report for Russia. Our homestudy agency did not conduct adoptions in Poland but is a full-service agency with adoption placement in other countries. They worked with our placement agency to ensure the homestudy met the requirements of Poland.
