seeking great agency in TX, FL, NC,SC, GA
My husband and I are starting the adoption process and are trying to identify a reliable agency or adoption attorney that does a lot of placements of AA/Biracial Infants. Ideally, we are looking for someone whose up- front fees are low and fees paid are refundable or transferable in the event of a disrupted placement. We live in DC but will travel to another state.

If you have had a good experience with an agency that works with non-residents, please PM us the details.

If you haven't had a good experience with a particular agency/attorney, I would appreciate knowing that as well so that we don't waste precious resources or time.

My husband and I are in the same spot for our adoption so if you could PM me as well I would greatly appreciate it. We are in SC but will work with an agency outside of our state.

I am also looking for agency recommendations if anyone is giving them out.

To the OP, why did you pick these states specifically? Sorry, we have adopted twice internationally and this state stuff has my head spinning
