Recommendation
Could someone please PM me with an agency recommendation. We are looking into the process of our third adoption. We are very open for ethnicity. We have been reaserching adoption from ethiopia, however we only have around 17K to work with, that includes the price of our updated homestudy. Please Please Please.............I am feeling overwhelmed

Would you be open to special needs? I have an agency in mind but they only do special needs adoption. The fees are about 6-15K from beginning to end.
