Biracial Adoption agencies

Can anyone let me know of low cost adoption agencies that have biracial newborns to adopt.

"Low cost" is a relative term. What does this mean to you?

somewhere under $16,000 and possible with no application fee as we would like to register with a couple of agencies if poss

Our agency is here in KY, but they offer lower fees for AA or biracial adoptions. There is no registration fee, but there is a $250 consultation fee and the homestudy costs $1700. After paying those, there are no fees until you are matched.
