I have a very strange feeling that I am adopted. My parents have never said anything but I am an only child and they did not have me until they were married 9 years. I am 52 years old and this has been bothering me for a very long time. My father was a big fan of photography and has many pictures from when he and my mother were kids and young adults. There are no pictures of my mother when she was pregnant with me. There are many baby pictures of me though. I cannot ask my parents because we are now estranged for reasons I will not go into.

Any suggestions on how I can find out if I am adopted?

Ask about your bloodtype next time you go to the Doc.
If you are A and you parents are either O or B, your adopted same goes for all that follows :

Parents A and B your O
AB B O
O B A
B O AB

However that is possible that one of your B-parents had the same type of blood as you Adoptive parents than things can get sticky but that is easiest.

Another way to tell is Hair colour and eyecolour if your hair colour and eye colour don’t match yours than you have a 99.9% chance of being adopted.
