Looking for BFamily, 5/24/66

I am looking for any birth family, it would answer a lot of questions. I was born in Salem Oregon on 5/24/66 and adopted when I was three days old. I believe my mother was 19 and my father was 17 at the time of my birth, I have had a good life but would like to know if I have any siblings or other relitives.
