I am beginning to write a book on the life and feelings of an adopted Child. I was adopted 19 years ago so I know first hand what it is like...Please email me any information that you could add to my book...any writings...poems....anything that would be of help...

I am just kind of dong i like it wer a diary???? If that makes any sence to you...LOL...I wasn't really sure how to exactly write it either....so I jut began..and that i what has come of it...I'm not sure if this has helped.....but if so....I'm glad....

As someone who has written two books, I suggest you start at the beginning and keep writing. Gool luck.

thnx for the info guys i did start a journal about my life but it talked about more than just my adoption, i was writing about the crazy things i have been through in my life from childhood to marriage to divorce to moving out of state to adoption just in that order so i just don't know how to actually turn that into a book

Well Avante19...did you ever thinkthat a lot of the crazy hings that went on might have stemmed from adoption? I'm sure not everything, but some of it is quite possible....maybe you should just fous on writing a book about your life instead of your adoption....and then it might all fall into place...

A useful writers Insite(Steven King) I myself have used Steven Kings book he wrote on how to write a book.I use it to do my book.His format makes since without alot of misunderstanding what he has to say.After all he is one who has wrote great books and screen plays.He should of all people know what it takes to write a good book.Sincerely Essie Dumont

thanx for all of your replies! being as though i just found out about my adoption and i don't have too much info on it, but i do have all the info on my life, i think that's a great idea tarah, about the writing about my life but i rather write it as if it wasn't me though

i'm starting to be more motivated to just do it!!!!
