On Good MOrning America Today (Wednesday, 10/28) bdad reunited w/wrong adoptee
A few weeks ago we sent the following article to you http://tinyurl. com/yzt9735
; this morning, Ron Ryba will appear on the 8 am segment of Good Morning America. From the looks of the GMA web site, even if you miss watching him at 8 a.m. EDT, we'll likely be able to see the segment on the web site, http://abcnews. go.com/GMA/ To send feedback on the segment (and we hope you will), enter http://abcnews. go.com/Site/ page?id=3052660

Why on earth did they not mention the birth date or place? There are six other boys that were adopted through CC from ? who were born around ? day...lot of help there. Perhaps GMA thinks there are only a couple of adoptees born that year.
Thanks for the link Elaine. Kind regards, Dickons |

Publicity is always good -- hopefully someone watching will think of an adopted person they know born in 1975, or of a bmom who gave up a son that year.
Although the news story only gave the year of birth, the date Nov. 25, 1975 is given on the gma website. Gma also showed the picture of the bparents who are fairhaired, so that could be another clue. Actually the adoptee Phillip doesn't look like the man he thought was his dad. I hope the publicity leads to a happy ending for both! Hopefully someone out there knows something! I sometimes miss follow-ups. If the correct bfamily members are found, could you please post the story? Did you write before that the MS suffered who looked for his daughter on eBay was actually reunited? |

The last I heard about the ebay is that the bdad did locate his daughter and reached out to her. hmmm... I just checked my Facebook and for some reason, the site 'unfriended' him for me. ugh... I sent him a message to see if there's any recent updates that I've missed.
