I am searching for a part of me that my mother gave up for adoption in 1974. My sister is 2 yrs. older than me, but I have always left like there was a part missing and when I was 16 I found out that it was my sister. She was born Josephine Hospital in Grants Pass Oregon in 1974. Her name at when she was born was Lisa Ellen Whitehead and my mother's name is Mary Lois Whitehead. I want more than anything for my sister to be a part of my life, but if she doen't want that then I will be alright, but I need to know that she is alright. I know that she was searching in 2000 because I found a message that she posted on Ancestory.com. I left her a message there, but I am not sure if she has found it. I know that my gandmother died and always wondered if baby Lisa was alright. I have the hospital picture of you and the name card that was on your bed.
