Looking for sibling given up for adoption
Hello, My name is Bella. I just recently learned from my uncle that my Mom gave birth in 1963 to a female.
My mom was sent from Berlin Germany by her mother and step father to live at the Florence Crittendon Home for Unwed Teens and Women, located in Chicago, Illinois. She was approximately 19 years old. She gave birth between Jan-July 1963. She was able to hold and see the baby girl for 2 days. Then she was given a suitcase with 1 change of clothes and a plane ticket to Norfolk, VA. I have no idea what the birth name is or where she is living. Does anyone have any suggestions to help with my search. Thank you for all your help. Bella Hux
