Another Question about my NC Birth Certificates
Hi,
I had asked some questions a while back about my NC birth certificates with different registration dates and attendants. It may have nothing to with adoption but I wanted to ask one more specific question. On my birth certificates on the "signature of registrar" box I believe it has an R.E. Fox M.D. and then it has the letters AC written in cursive. What do the letters AC stand for? Thanks, Brian |

If the birth certificate is a digital copy of the original, it may be a type of mark used to confirm that it is an actual copy or academic copy of the signature or some other validation mark so that it can become a legal document, i.e. someone validated that the signature is the same signature found on the original.
That is my theory. Kind regards, Dickons |
