F10/18/71-Have non-identifying info -HELP!- need direction!!!

I'm an adoptee - F10-18-71 born in FL who is searching for Bfamily. I've had my non-identifying info for a while and am ready to continue searching and tired of being afraid. All of this info is on this registry, but I don't know what I should do next and could use some advice.
