ISO Brother 1962 Toronto
Hi Ya'll Looking for my birth brother, born Apr 1962 in Toronto. Named Boy Talbot or Andrew Dean on birth Certificate. Adoption finalized in 1963 in Toronto area. His adopted mother may have been French Canadian and adopting father may have been an accountant Norwiegen???. I have a son named after him (His nephew).
