I need a place to fall...
Well I told my bmom about wanting to open my records and she won't allow it. Don't I have a right under my circumstances to open them? I have been waiting for this moment since I was 14. What do I do?

Jenn did she say why? You might want to look into the laws of your state. You might be able to get them open without her approval.
