resident alien adoption?
I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be posting this but needed to post somewhere. I was wondering what kind of rules there are about resident aliens adopting citizen children? My father is a Canadian citizen and my mother is an American citizen. They adopted my brother and I. Are considered Canadian or American citizens? What if my parents decided to move back to Canada with us? Would I have to be naturalized?
