My name is Lori Leigh Lasly, formerly Westbrook and Stephens. I am 28 years old born December 1, 1975. I have brown eyes, auburn hair, I am around 5’10, weigh about 150 lbs. and have fair skin complexion, have high cheekbones and a flat, small nose.

I was born in San Angelo, TX at was is now named San Angelo Community Medical Center. The name of the hospital was San Angelo Community Hospital at the time I was born. It was located on West Beauregard.

I do believe my mother was 19 years of age when I was conceived so she may have been 19 or 20 when I was born. I do know my father denied me when she told him she was pregnant and that’s all I know of my father. I do know that my mother’s father told her that she would not raise an illegitimate child. And that a pastor of what may have been from her church cared for her when she was pregnant with me. I have contacted him and he has lost part of his memory that can not recall her name but does remember us. The pastor’s name was Ed Serber. I do know she was a student as Angelo State College, which is now named Angelo State University.

When she was soon to deliver she decided to put me up for adoption. The arrangements were private and made through a personal attorney of my adopted parents. The attorney’s name was Frances Culhane, who is now deceased.

My adopted parents are named Ira Oneal Westbrook III and Judith Lynn (Reneau) Westbrook. I have one adopted brother Ira Oneal Westbrook IV and a sister that is not adopted Judith Lacy Westbrook.
