If you live in NC and are tired of the archaic adoption laws in this state, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get in contact with the North Carolina Coalition for Adoption Reform and see what you can do to help this cause. We are not asking for your money or anything that you can't possibly do. We are BEGGING for anyone that can write their senators and house of representatives for their county TO DO IT.

Can you write a letter to your newspaper regarding adoptee issues and our lack of rights? DO IT

Can you put out brochures at your workplace or post them on community boards in your town? LET US KNOW...we will send you some free! We don't charge a thing!

This is not about making money or anything else bogus...this is about adult adoptees that 1) shouldn't have to hire an attorney to petition the court for update medical or anything else. They shouldn't even have to do it themselves!

2) shouldn't have to hire an expensive search firm (who may or may not deliver) just to know who their parents are

THIS IS ABOUT A BASIC RIGHT THAT, UNLIKE THE NON-ADOPTED, EVERYONE ELSE HAS. Genealogical history and medical history.

DO IT FOR YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUR CHILDREN'S CHILDREN...

JUST PLEASE GET INVOLVED!
