Californians may lose their AAP payments!
Our adoptions worker told us today that the governor is proposing a new budget that may eliminate all adoption assistance payments. She suggests we start contacting our local and state legislators before it becomes a reality. I don't have a clue about how to go about it! We have a child with medical and special needs, what can we do?
