Private Guardianship
I am in Canada but am wanting to bring a boy ages 8-10 yrs old from Brazil. In Canada if you are over 45 you are too old to adopt so I am looking for the wording needed to type up a Private Guardianship papers to bring the boy into Canada and raise him here. It is the wording I need to find. We do not have anything up here that looks at that issue so I can not find it.
I am a legal secretary so I understand all that must be filled out. But I need an International Guardianship wording. Can any one help me?
