Should we bug the 2004 Dem nominees?

With Howard Dean standing out as a supporter of equal civil rights for gay people (which I support) should we start asking him and his rivals whether they support equal civil rights for adoptees, namely the rights of adoptees to access their birth records? I already sent a question about this to Dean's campaign by way of his deanforamerica website, but it's three weeks later and I've received zilch for a response. Maybe if we all start bugging him, he will be forced to respond.
