Since reuniting I definitely have those times when I look in the mirror I can occasionally see my bmom staring right back at me. It just amazes me. It's nice not being alone in the mirror anymore. Sometimes I even hear their voice or laugh in my own.

Update: CI got a call from my bmom and had a nice conversation. Bmom said she wanted to start with anonymous communications. I just finished typing my first letter and have to wait on the forms from the CI before she can forward the letter. I asked the CI if bmom was reluctant or hesitant to open communications with me and CI said bmom was not. Sure is hard to write a letter and stay within...

I'm not sure what will happen. Our agency had a couple who had their court date January 17th and they haven't heard of any decision being overturned, but I'm sure their a bit nervous about what may happen.

Birthmoms look for families that are family oriented. Fishing and camping trips.... never missing a childs school functions.... putting the child first.. and most of all....Loving that child as your own....I hope this helps. I wouldnt stress too much over religion.
