Your local hospital should offer some kind of birthing classes. Ours has 3 different ones, one series to get you ready for the delivery (lamaze), one for bringing the baby home after birth, and one for breastfeeding. I talked to them about the classes and they recommend that adoptive families take the "Bringing Baby Home" class.
