Sorry, I haven't been on too much.
In our case, we did not find an attorney. Our fson's GAL was fantastic & very proactive. His therapist was also very adamant that he not be moved. In the end, there were some other developments that showed that Marco staying with us was in his best interest. Feel free to pm me & I can tell you more about what we discovered going through the fost/adopt system.
