Can anyone give me some feedback on why my son, born l/12/1969 was not adopted until 1970? He was born in Erie Pa. and spent some time at St. Joe's orphanage. Where did he go then. Foster family/families. Why would finalization take a year when I signed the final adoption papers 3 days after birth? It worries me to wonder what was wrong.
