??Wonder how many foster children ...
Has any one else wondered what happened to the foster children in the counties affected by Katrina? How many foster children have been "lost" by the local DCS office? If there were foster children in these families that got uprooted and fled to different states or counties (which we all know they did), I wonder how many DCS actually has account for? WHat about the birth families? They won't have any idea if their children are safe or if they are or in what state to which they moved.
